7. Installation & Use Responsibility

Improper installation may result in equipment damage, property damage, injury, or death.

Customer assumes full responsibility for installation and use.

Bluvana is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, chemical imbalance, freezing, overheating, or neglect.

8. Warranty

Bluvana warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

This warranty:

Covers product replacement only

Does not cover labor, removal, reinstallation, pool water loss, service calls, or incidental damages

Is void if the product is modified, improperly installed, or misused

To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required.

Except as expressly stated, all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages

Equipment damage

Chemical imbalance damage

10. Indemnification
