Return Window

Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• All components, accessories, and documentation must be included
• The item must not show signs of installation, use, or damage
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping

For standard returns

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item is inspected.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, or the item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases

• No restocking fee will apply
• Bluvana Pool Products will cover the return shipping cost
• A replacement or full refund will be issued once the item is verified

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider

Return Authorization

Before sending any return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
