Warranty policy
Limited Product Warranty
Bluvana Products warrants that its aftermarket products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What This Warranty Covers
- This warranty strictly covers the product itself only. If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Bluvana Products will, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the defective product, or
- Refund the original purchase price paid for the item
- Any refund or replacement will not exceed the amount paid for the product at the time of purchase.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover any costs, damages, or losses beyond the product itself, including but not limited to:
- Installation or removal costs
- Labor charges
- Service calls
- Shipping costs (unless required by law)
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper water chemistry or maintenance
- Exposure to weather or environmental conditions
- Freezing, heat, or UV damage
- Accidents or external damage
- Any consequential or incidental damages

Any other situation unrelated to a manufacturing defect
Bluvana Products is not responsible for any secondary damages or expenses resulting from the use or failure of the product.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited solely to the product purchased. Bluvana Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, equipment damage, loss of use, or financial loss.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact us with:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product showing the defect
Claims submitted after the 6-month warranty period will not be eligible for coverage.
